Subscriptions renew monthly. Subscription credits are issued for the current billing period and expire at the end of that period. You can manage cancellation in the Stripe Customer Portal; access remains active through the paid period when cancellation is scheduled.

What are research credits?

Credits are your flexible research capacity. Each research uses a set number based on its depth.

How many credits does a research use?

QUICK uses 1, STANDARD 4, DEEP 12, EXPERT 28, and ULTRA 65 credits.

Can I mix different research levels?

Yes. Mix any levels included in your plan while you have enough available credits.

Do scheduled reports use credits?

Yes. A scheduled run uses the same credits as an on-demand research at the selected level.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You won't be able to start a new research until your credits renew or additional credits become available.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my scheduled research if I don't have enough credits?

The scheduled run won't start if you don't have enough credits. Your research remains scheduled and can run again once sufficient credits are available.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over.
