Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Revoqra’s research and monitoring service.
Last updated: September 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Revoqra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the Service
Revoqra provides on-demand and scheduled research, analysis of public Web sources, and generated reports at different research depths. Features, limits, and research levels vary by plan and configuration.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and activity conducted through it. You must protect access to your email and third-party authentication accounts and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Revoqra currently supports Google Sign-In and email magic-link authentication.
4. Free Usage
Revoqra currently offers three free QUICK researches without requiring a payment card. Free usage may be subject to reasonable availability, security, and anti-abuse limits, and the free offer may change for future use.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions processed through Stripe. Unless canceled, a subscription renews for the next billing period. You may manage cancellation from your account; when cancellation is scheduled, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Research Credits
Research credits represent research capacity. Each execution uses credits according to the selected depth. Scheduled executions consume credits in the same way as on-demand executions.
Current costs are QUICK: 1 credit, STANDARD: 4 credits, DEEP: 12 credits, EXPERT: 28 credits, and ULTRA: 65 credits. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over.
7. Insufficient Credits
An on-demand research cannot be queued if the account lacks the credits required for its selected depth.
If a scheduled occurrence lacks sufficient credits, that occurrence is not executed and is recorded as failed. The research remains scheduled, advances to its next occurrence, and may run again when sufficient credits are available.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use Revoqra to break the law, harm others, bypass service limits, gain unauthorized access, attack or disrupt infrastructure, automate abusive requests, scrape Revoqra itself at unreasonable scale, or interfere with other users.
9. Research Results and AI-Generated Content
Revoqra uses automated and artificial-intelligence systems. Reports may contain errors or omissions, and external sources may be inaccurate, incomplete, or later changed. Results are not guaranteed to be exhaustive or correct. Verify important information against original and authoritative sources.
10. No Professional Advice
Reports do not automatically constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using information provided by the service.
11. Third-Party Sources and Links
Reports may reference third-party websites. Revoqra does not control and is not responsible for their content, policies, accuracy, or continued availability.
12. Intellectual Property
Revoqra and its software, branding, interfaces, and service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You retain rights you hold in content you submit.
Generated reports may incorporate or reference third-party information. Your use of a report does not transfer ownership of, or grant additional rights in, content belonging to third-party sources.
13. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, and technical incidents may affect access or research execution.
14. Changes to the Service
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and adjust reasonable service limits. We will consider active paid periods when making material changes and will not treat already-paid periods as retroactively unpaid.
15. Changes to Pricing and Plans
Prices, plan features, and credit allocations may change for future billing periods. Material changes affecting an active subscription should be communicated before they take effect and do not retroactively alter a completed paid period.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, abusive or unlawful activity, security risks, non-payment, or conduct that threatens the service or other users. You may stop using the service and manage subscription cancellation from your account.
17. Disclaimers
Revoqra is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties that cannot reasonably be supported for an evolving research service, while preserving rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Revoqra will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Any limitation remains subject to rights and liabilities that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
