Revoqra provides on-demand and scheduled research, monitoring, and generated reports. This policy describes the information we process to provide, secure, support, and improve that service.

2. Information We Collect

The information we process depends on how you use Revoqra.

• Account information, including your email address and identifiers associated with Google Sign-In or email magic-link authentication.
• Research queries, prompts, research depth, Research Context, schedules, delivery settings, and other research configuration.
• Generated reports, research status, and references to public Web sources used in reports.
• Subscription plan, billing status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, billing-period information, research-credit balances, and related billing events.
• Usage information needed to enforce free-use, subscription, scheduling, and credit limits.
• Technical and security logs used to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users; execute and schedule research; generate, store, and deliver reports; manage subscriptions and credits; enforce service limits; protect the service; troubleshoot problems; and improve reliability and usability.

4. AI and Research Providers

Revoqra uses OpenAI services to perform research and generate reports. Information needed for a research request—including prompts, Research Context, selected settings, and relevant date ranges—may be sent to OpenAI for processing.

A provider’s handling of information is also governed by its applicable terms and policies. Revoqra does not make additional promises here about provider training, retention, or zero-data-retention settings.

5. Web Sources

Revoqra searches and analyzes information from public Web sources. Reports may include titles, excerpts, citations, and links to those sources. Third-party pages may change after a report is generated.

6. Payment Processing

Stripe processes subscription checkout and payment-card information. Revoqra does not receive the complete card number entered in Stripe Checkout. We do retain information needed to operate subscriptions, such as Stripe customer, subscription, and price identifiers, subscription status and billing dates, and billing-event records.

7. Infrastructure and Service Providers

Revoqra relies on service providers to host and operate the application, database, email delivery, authentication, billing, research, and related infrastructure. This includes Amazon Web Services for infrastructure and transactional email services. Providers receive information only as needed for their role in delivering the service.

8. Email Communications

Revoqra may send transactional messages such as email sign-in links, requested report delivery, account notices, security messages, and important service communications. These operational messages are not presented as marketing communications.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, meet applicable obligations, prevent abuse, protect security, and resolve disputes or technical problems. Retention can vary by the type of information and why it is processed.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No Internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Choices and Rights

You may update available account and research settings, manage or cancel a subscription from your account, and choose whether eligible reports are delivered by email. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information, subject to applicable requirements and records we are permitted or required to retain.

12. Children's Privacy

Revoqra is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, please contact us.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy as Revoqra evolves or legal and operational requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
